Wow, where have I been!?!?! I seriously suck at blogging. I mean, I get that I’m not the type that can blog every other day or every week for that matter. Anyways, I’ve been shooting a lot, learning a lot and doing a lot of video editing. There’s some cool things coming soon, but I’m not going to hype it up when nothing comes out of it. But I’m still excited about it. You just might find out about it first right here on the blog. Maybe.
Anyways, back in June, I had the pleasure of joining Danny Mendoza, Jason Zalameda, Thomas Frank Pelicer, and Emily Ivey for a little fusion photo and video shoot. It was lots of fun, it kind of all happened in a blur but in the end is this video I got to edit. Let me preface by saying, it’s been almost 5 years since I’ve touched Final Cut and the first few days of this edit was pretty stressful, nerve racking, and a huge testing of my patience. But just like riding a bike, it all came back… eventually. There’s still a ton to re-learn and new things to learn but it’s slowly coming to me. Like any good tool, you need to master it to really use it to its full potential. I got a lot of video to edit…
